Casa Naturala in TransilvaniaAceasta casa din lemn si chirpici este situata in frumoasele dealuri ale acest loc, simti ca te-ai intors in timp. Pe masura ce conduci prin dealuri, treci pe langa case vechi de lemn, vezi pastori cu oile lor si esti atent la caprele de pe drum. Ritmul incetineste si gasesti linistea. Imprejurimile sunt verzi si pline de viata; copaci, flori si animale abunda aici. Te afli chiar in mijlocul teren, nu vezi nimic altceva decat copaci si natura. Vecinii par departe si te simti regele pamantului tau. In gradina permacultura, poti cultiva propriile legume si fructe. Dar exista si mult spatiu pentru o padure alimentara si cresterea animalelor. Datorita a doua fantani bune, exista apa aici tot timpul anului, iar datorita conexiunii subterane la apa, poti folosi si apa din gradina de legume pe tot parcursul sezonului.Terenul are o suprafata de aproape 5.000 m2 si se afla in intregime in limitele orasului. Cea mai mare parte a terenului este plata (cel putin 3.500 m2), oferind posibilitati pentru cladiri suplimentare, corturi sau alte activitati turistice. Exista diversi pomi fructiferi, cum ar fi pruni, meri, nuci si ciresi. Puteti extinde acest teren dupa propriile dorinte; exista mult spatiu!Datorita unui drum recent asfaltat (2024), casa este usor accesibila pentru orice tip de masina.Puteti conduce pe teren pana la usa. De asemenea, puteti accesa usor terenul cu o rulota sau o masina mare cu remorca. As you drive through the hills, you pass old wooden cottages, see shepherds with their sheep, and dodge goats on the road. The pace slows down, and you find peace. The surroundings are green and full of life; trees, flowers, and animals abound here. You are right in the middle of nature.On the land, you see nothing but trees and nature. The neighbors seem far away, and you feel like the king of your land. In the permaculture garden, you can grow your own vegetables and fruit. But there is also plenty of room for a food forest and keeping animals. Thanks to the two good water wells, there is water here all year round.The land is nearly 5,000 m2 in surface area and is entirely within the city limits. The majority of the land is flat offering possibilities for additional buildings, tents, or other tourist activities. There are various fruit trees, such as plums, apple trees, walnuts, and plum cherries. You can expand this further according to your own wishes; there is plenty of space!Thanks to a recently asphalted road (2024), the house is easily accessible for any type of can drive onto the land right up to the door. You can also easily access the land with a camper or a large car with a trailer. The combination of accessibility, space, and tranquility makes this place perfectly suitable for permanent residence, a campsite, or as a holiday home!There are 3 buildings on the land: 1 house with an upper floor and a veranda; 1 barn with an extra room and covered wood storage; and 1 small outbuilding offering recreational facilities.Both the house and the barn have a new Bilka roof and renovated chimneys.
